Welcome to WordCramble. By accessing or playing WordCramble via website or web application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have legal parental/guardian permission) and possess the legal authority to accept these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts & Conduct

WordCramble allows players to play as guests or register an account with a display name and password.

Fair Play: You agree not to use automated bots, dictionary solver scripts, macro software, or exploits to manipulate gameplay scores or leaderboards.
Respectful Communication: Lobby chat must remain civil and respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or vulgar usernames are strictly prohibited.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Virtual Currency & Cosmetics

WordCramble features optional virtual currency (Diamonds) and cosmetic unlocks (Tile Themes, Name Borders, Chat Borders):

Diamonds and cosmetics are non-transferable digital items with no monetary value outside WordCramble.
Cosmetics do not grant gameplay advantages or modified scoring.
All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Links

WordCramble displays advertisements delivered by third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) to support site hosting and maintenance. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or external linked sites.

5. Intellectual Property

All game visual assets, brand design, codebase, sound effects, graphics, and text content belong strictly to WordCramble. You may not copy, re-host, or redistribute site assets without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

WordCramble is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for server downtime, network latency, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
